Tax cases are an important reference source for understanding and comprehension of the legal principles, judicial attitude and outlook in the interpretation and application of the ever changing tax laws.
Malaysia Tax Digest 2019 compiles tax cases mainly decided in 2019 together with some cases from previous years that have left unreported or sparingly reported in other law journals. It supplements the AMTC, which has published in 12 volumes, Malaysia tax cases from 1937 to 2018.
The law is stated as at 11 November 2019.
